Report a building issue
For non-urgent repairs and maintenance in the common areas, log the issue on the Owners Portal. It reaches the strata team directly and is tracked through to resolution.
After-hours emergency
For genuine building emergencies outside office hours. For life-threatening emergencies always call 000 first.
